As we are in a County of high quality growers & producers,we obviously utilse some of the best local produce available, such as Gressingham Duck and some very fine local game & locally smoked & green ham for our pies & terrines. Also as we have the capacity to deliver nationwide, we are happy to include some of your own favourite ingredients.
