We are a family business specialising in fine handmade products for
restaurants, hotels and caterers throughout the country.

We make a range of starters and desserts and have a flair for creating recipe
dishes to suit your customers.

Our company has built its reputation by responding to customers requirements
in developing and manufacturing a growing number of product lines.

All of our recipe dishes are handmade in controlled batches by chefs who take
a real pride in the end result.

Primarily based upon starters and desserts, we also make a limited range of
vegetarian, fish and meat main courses.

National deliveries
Deliveries are made via a national frozen logistics company for pallet orders

East Anglian deliveries
Deliveries are made using our own freezer vehicle

We cannot guarantee that our products do not contain nuts, however, every endeavour
is made to ensure that nut-containing dishes are made at separate times to all other dishes.
