As our name suggests, most of our work is done under the radar of most of your customers who actually eat our food, and we are quite happy that way. We have an unrivalled range of capability for creativity in designing bespoke dishes, whether it be a really good baked cheesecake, a proscuitto & confit duck terrine with figs, or an expresso cup size layered summer pudding. Volume orders represent a challenge, but not a huge one. We simply scale the recipe to ensure the quality. Most of our customers comments tend to be that the products we have provided actually taste 'the old fashioned way' - that's ok too - as our slogan suggests below. We had initially started this site as an e-commerce one, but have been very busy in other parts of our business, especially with our hand raised pies & terrines, and moving to larger premises to set us up for future demand.
